 Baltimore, MD (August 26, 2010) TATU, an explosive celebration of Asian cuisine featuring three of the most popular styles of cooking from the Orient and bringing them together on a powerful stage set.  The menu is separated into three distinct categories:  Chinois Pan Asian, the artful combination of Asian ingredients with French technique; Hunan and Szechwan Chinese, traditional Chinese classics and Japanese SushiTATU showcases a plush sake lounge, private tatami rooms and a full sushi bar, all captured in an intoxicating 1930’s Deco Shanghai setting.

The original TATU restaurant opened in 2004 at the Hard Rock Casino in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Winner of countless prestigious awards including best sushi and most popular restaurant three years running according to “Best Of Dining Guide Fort Lauderdale,” TATU is owned and operated by the CB5 Restaurant Group, an international restaurant development firm which has created over one hundred original restaurants throughout the world.  Their client list includes W Hotels, Ian Schrager Hotels, Cirque du Soleil, and countless other global brands.
